six kinds of primary matter, is called the “ETHERIC” or “EPHEMERAL” sphere;
the merging of five kinds of primary matter produces the “ASTRAL” sphere; four
kinds of primary matter constitutes the FIRST “MENTAL” sphere; three kinds of
primary matter, the SECOND MENTAL sphere; and two kinds of primary matter,
